Phil is the founder of Encodis.
He is an experienced IT consultant and enterprise architect with a range of practical programming abilities, and a wide variety of supporting technical skills as well as knowledge of a diverse range of subject areas. His strengths include the ability to rapidly analyse user requirements and produce creative solutions to customer problems in an Agile environment.
Dr Carol Lane PhD ICD.D
Director
Over 20 years global management consulting experience in the engineering, pharmaceutical, government and academic sectors. Specializing in asset managment and product development of medical devices, engineering health solutions and pharmaceuticals. Carol is a chartered director and clinical professor and teaches engineering management in the faculty of engineering and physical sciences at the University of Surrey Guildford UK and medical imaging research management in the faculty of medicine at the University of British Columbia Vancouver Canada.
